自然环境与人类文明


       在科学技术与城市建设、经济与信息、文明与思想飞速交互进步的当今全球化社会中,人类已经运用大量已知生产资料创造和享受到空前丰富的生活物质资源。人类对自然环境未知领域探索的脚步从未停止,不断尝试突破一切可能性创造更新物质产物的热情其本质是为了在巩固现有人类文明成就的前提下将这一文明推向高质量的发展,即是实现人类通过发展以谋求繁衍生息这一本能的必然过程。土地资源、气候资源、水文资源、矿脉资源作为自然环境的核心资源是人类文明继续得到发展的基石和唯一保障,其重要性早已是全球社会各阶层的普遍共识。自然环境与人类文明之间相互作用和影响,正视自然环境的地位和参与推动自然环境与人类文明关系的良性循环成为每一个人的应有之义。

       早在19-20世纪,法国、英国、美国、德国等欧美发达国家早已在有关于生态保护和生态修复方面做出并总结大量实践经验,其中以演替理论、生态修复、景观生态学、生态恢复、生态重建等相关理论及实践经验最为著名。我国在21世纪初开始,逐步意识到对矿脉资源的合理利用和自然生态系统及自然环境加以保护的必要性,有关具体实施与实践起步相对于欧美世界国家较晚,一方面虽在自然环境保护、生态修复、生态恢复的领域有较长时间的实践,但较欧美国家而言尚属实践探索阶段;另一方面,我国对于采石场自然环境的修复或恢复工作已积累较多成功经验,在科学技术方面已经成熟且形成丰富的理论,这就为环境设计专业在生态修复、生态恢复科学技术为指导进而做下一步关于采石场的发展研究提供了有力保障和理论基础。


       在我国的历史文明长河之中自古至今积淀了深厚的文脉底蕴,各地文化同出一脉又各含特色。宏伟历史的创造永远离不开人的参与,在当今,基于生态科学技术的指导支持下,若以久远目光而思考对城市当中采石场与人文关系的共存发展,显然通过科学技术的应用实现保护或者修复、恢复为目标已然不是唯一诉求。采石场的环境设计不应仅是政府政策和专业技术人员的参与,而应得到社会公众共同关注和齐力参与,以空间为载体符合地域文化发展的需求、环境互动的需求、经济和城市发展的需求;以时间为轴,通过百年环境设计,使人和环境形成世代共生、共存、共促进、共生命的互为依存关系,使人与文脉建立互动良性传承发展的循环,使区域发展依靠采石场的重建再得千秋之利。对不同地区不同石矿采石场进行符合地域实际的合理环境设计,使人的参与加深影响社会意识,提高社会公众对环境问题解决的责任,通过环境设计切实达到对采石场的重塑,为社会创造健康有序互存的地缘环境空间,同时推动文化文明的进步是当代环境设计专业的必然使命。

The specific implementation and practice started relatively late in comparison with European and American countries.
