《高校无障碍环境人性化设计——以西安美术学院无障碍环境提升改造为例》
作为人类教育事业的核心载体，大学的意义在于知识的传播与技能的推广，更在于硬件设施与人文环境对学习生活在其中的受众的服务和滋养。2018年8月，教育部，财政部，国家发展与改革委员会印发《关于高等学校加快“双一流”建设的指导意见》。大学的发展水平取决于高、新、尖学科的人才培养，更依托于特殊教育等弱势群体学习和生活的进步。作为西安美术学院建筑环境艺术专业研究生，因此，“高校无障碍环境人性化设计”成为学术研究与探索的焦点。
论文中心框架为高校无障碍环境设计综述，空间功能现状分析，人性化设计模式的介入与应用，以及西安美术学院无障碍环境的人性化改造方案；具体研究包括高校无障碍环境的功能特征与空间特征，现状分析与国外高校案例，以及人性化设计的原则和方法；学术重点是针对不同功能属性的应用，不同空间类型的区分，不同服务对象的属性进行设计与探索；以西安美术学院场所环境的实际特征为出发点，寻找适宜和服务于老年人群、弱势群体、患病人群、残障人士、怀孕人群、婴幼儿童等人性化校园关爱性环境设计的实践。
建设富有人性化无障碍设施的大学校园，提升有益残障人士学习与生活的外部环境是推进时代进程的设计行为，整体通用，舒适便捷，安全稳定的无障碍设计与实践更是大学校园文明建设的基础保障，有利于满足弱势群体的生理需求和自我实现。营造物理环境，设备环境，人文环境，均需充分考量受众的自我价值实现与社会生活归属，从而设计与实现融学习环境，物理环境，心理环境，社会环境于一体的“友善校园”。现代化大学校园文明建设需要高品质的环境体现，更需要提升受众学习研究效率，优化日常起居品质的内在媒介。富含美感的设计成果均会起到承前启后的推动社会文明发展的积极作用。
ABSTRACT
As the core carrier of human education, the significance of the university lies in the dissemination of knowledge and the promotion of skills. It is also the service and nourishment of the hardware facilities and the human environment to learn the audience in which they live. In August 2018, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, and the National Development and Reform Commission issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of "Double-Class" in Colleges and Universities. The level of development of a university depends on the cultivation of talents in high, new and cutting-edge disciplines, and on the progress of learning and life of disadvantaged groups such as special education. As a graduate student in the architectural environment art of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, the “humanized design of barrier-free environment in colleges and universities” has become the focus of academic research and exploration.
The paper center framework provides an overview of the barrier-free environment design of colleges and universities, the analysis of the status quo of spatial functions, the intervention and application of humanized design patterns, and the humanized transformation plan of the barrier-free environment of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts; the specific research includes the functional characteristics and space of the barrier-free environment of colleges and universities. Characteristics, status analysis and foreign university case, as well as the principles and methods of humanized design; academic focus is on the application of different functional attributes, the differentiation of different spatial types, the design and exploration of the attributes of different service objects; The actual characteristics are the starting point, looking for suitable and serving the practice of humanized campus care environment design for the elderly, vulnerable groups, patients, disabled people, pregnant people, infants and young children.
Building a university campus with humanized barrier-free facilities and improving the external environment for people with disabilities to learn and live is a design behavior that promotes the process of the times. The overall versatility, comfort and convenience, safe and stable barrier-free design and practice are the construction of university campus civilization. The basic guarantee is conducive to meeting the physiological needs and self-realization of vulnerable groups. To create a physical environment, equipment environment, and humane environment, we must fully consider the audience's self-value realization and social life, so as to design and realize a "friendly campus" that integrates the learning environment, physical environment, psychological environment and social environment. The construction of modern university campus civilization requires a high-quality environment, and it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the audience's learning and research, and optimize the internal medium of daily living quality. The aesthetically pleasing design results will play an active role in promoting the development of social civilization.
